ALL CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ AND MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND
THE FOLLOWING POLICY REGARDING THE RESELLING OF ZIPPO LIGHTERS.

As a certified distributor of Zippo lighters and other Zippo merchandise we are required to follow the Zippo Export Policy on the sale of Zippo lighters.

Any Zippo lighter purchased from us is meant for the sale in the United States or a United States Territory only. The sale of Zippo merchandise to nations other than the United States or a United States Territory is strictly prohibited under the Zippo Export Policies.

All customers purchasing Zippo Lighters must agree to this policy. If the customer violates this policy and is caught by Zippo selling Zippo lighters outside of the United States is subject to any action that Zippo may take upon that customer and we will not be held liable.

UNITED STATES DISTRIBUTOR
EXPORT POLICY

ZIPPO MANUFACTURING COMPANY (“Company”) is committed to protecting the quality, image and goodwill associated with ZIPPO® products throughout the world and providing products that comply with each countries safety standards. In support of that mission, the company intends to sell its products to customers in the United States, including its Territories, who resell ZIPPO® products (“Distributor”) only if such Distributors are committed to Selling only in the United States, including its Territories, and providing an appropriate level of service.

Accordingly, the Company hereby announces that, effective immediately, it will sell its products to distributors in the United States and its Territories only if:

They do not resell ZIPPO® lighters or other ZIPPO® branded products to any company, entity, group or other person, directly or indirectly, who (A) is located outside the United States of America and its Territories or (B) the distributor knows, or has reason to know, or intends to resell any ZIPPO® products outside of the United states of American and its Territories.

If any Distributor engages in the resale of ZIPPO® products in violation of the above policy, Zippo will cancel all orders and discontinue its business relationship with the Distributor.

This is a Corporate Policy. Any inquiries regarding the Policy should be addressed to Zippo’s Vice President of Sales, Michael Martin, at the Company’s corporate headquarters. No other employees, sales or service representative or other agent of Zippos is authorized or permitted (i) to interpret or discuss the Policy other than to answer general questions or (ii) to reinstate delivery to any distributor or other account that is suspended or terminated according to this Policy.
