Tax ID Required
- You must Fax or Email us a Proof of Business Documentto complete your application
- We prefer to see your State Tax ID document
- Any Government Issued document with YOUR NAME and YOUR COMPANY NAME
- Last 6 Characters will be your password for the website
- State Tax Exempt/NonProfit Number
- EIN or SSN can be used but you must send us proof of business ownership, you will be required to pay sales tax if applicable.

Visit the Showroom To Sign Up
We sell to businesses/organizations at wholesale prices for resale. We do not
sell to individuals.
There are no membership fees or service fees. Signing up only takes a few
minutes and you can look around while we set you up.
Items that you should bring with you to the showroom to sign up
1. Identification - Please bring a government issued ID that matches the name
your business paperwork.
2. Retail Merchant or State Tax ID certificate, if this is not provided you will
be required to pay sales tax- copies are fine
3. Proof of business ownership or organization information if you do not have a
Retail Merchant or State Tax ID certificate
If you have a business and plan on reselling merchandise
Please provide a copy of your Retail Merchant or State Sales Tax ID certificate.
In Indiana this is called a Registered Retail Merchant Certificate.
Businesses that do not provide us with a State Sales Tax ID are required to pay
state sales tax.
If you are a non-profit entity, please bring government issued paperwork stating
that fact.
If you have a service type or similar business and will not resell
merchandise
You will need to provide proof of business/organization ownership.
Almost any government issued document with YOUR NAME and YOUR
COMPANY/ORGANIZATION NAME will serve this purpose.
This document can be faxed or emailed to us and if there is any confidential
information on the document, you may cover that information.
You cannot use self prepared tax returns or business card to prove business
ownership.
Other proof we will accept (must include your name and company/organization

A bank statement, yellow page listing, utility bill, company check
