Scooter Agreement to purchase scooters from Opportunity Buys Dealer Agreement If you do not fully understand why you are signing this agreement and what you are agreeing to, DO NOT purchase any item that requires you to sign this agreement. This agreement refers to Electric scooters, Gas scooters, ATVs, Go-Karts and any other like item. These items are collectively referred to as “scooters” for the context of this agreement. -Dealers must have physical location as well as a full-time customer service department with an on-staff mechanic. -Dealers must operate with all licenses required, as set forth by local, state and federal regulations. Dealers are responsible for knowing and keeping up to date on these regulations. -This agreement must be signed -We reserve the right to refuse service to any dealer that does not meet the minimum requirements. Do not assume that all scooters come with titles. Please verify which models include titles if you require them. If you want to purchase scooters, please keep in mind that we do not have any way to service, repair or warranty any scooter. Due to this item being mechanical, THINK VERY HARD BEFORE PURCHASING IT. Even though scooters are a very hot selling item, they are not like everyday merchandise. If you would like to get in the scooter business, we will offer the lowest possible price. Along with trying our best to purchase the highest quality scooter, we will order parts to help you repair scooters. You must allow us 30 days to obtain parts. For part orders made over 30 days after your purchase date, you may be referred to part dealers to obtain parts. You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with your order. Do not purchase a scooter for personal use. We carry scooters for scooter dealers only. If you would like to purchase a scooter for personal use, please ask us to point you to a retailer. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone buying scooters for personal use.
